1. Overview

This website is operated by Vosta. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vosta. By visiting our site and/or purchasing music gear from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Products and Pricing

  • Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with gear descriptions and colors. However, because many of our instruments are made from natural wood, grain patterns and shades may vary slightly from the photos.

  • Errors: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

5. Shipping and International Customs

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Vosta are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • International Duties: For international orders (including those shipped via DHL), the customer is the importer of record. You are responsible for all customs duties, foreign taxes, and handling fees. Vosta does not calculate or collect these fees at checkout.

6. California Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or purchase of gear shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Vosta, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service.
