Vosta: Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders for in-stock music gear are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

International Shipping & DHL We are proud to ship our gear worldwide! For international orders, we primarily utilize DHL and other major carriers to ensure fast, tracked delivery.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees Please note that for all international orders:

  • Customer Responsibility: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Fees: Vosta is not responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or handling fees charged by your government or the carrier (DHL). These fees are collected locally and are not included in your checkout total at vostaworld.com.

  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs or abandoned package fees will be deducted from your refund.

Important Note for Instruments (Acclimation Period) If you have purchased a wood instrument (Ukulele or Guitar), please allow the shipping box to sit unopened in your home for 24 hours upon arrival. This is especially important for international shipments that have transitioned through multiple climates.
