Vosta: Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window We want you to love your new music gear! You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused/new, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items To ensure quality for all our players, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:

Used or Pre-owned gear

B-stock (Blemished) items

Opened packs of strings, cleaning products, or accessories that show signs of wear.
Shipping & Refunds We do not charge a restocking fee; however, for returns based on preference (e.g., you simply didn't like the item), the following applies:

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Original Shipping Deduction: If your order originally qualified for "Free Shipping," the actual cost Vosta paid to ship the gear to you will be deducted from your final refund total.
Processing Time Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 2–5 business days for us to process your refund. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
International Returns At this time, Vosta does not provide return shipping labels for international orders. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and brokerage fees. Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes paid at the time of import are non-refundable.
